(1) If anyone commits an act contrary to sub-section (1) of section 3, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees or with both.
(2) Any person who contravenes sub-section (2) and section 4 of section 3 shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees or with both.
(3) If any manager commits any act contrary to section 6, 7, 9, 10 or 11, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two months or with a fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both.
(4) If any manager commits any act contrary to section 5, 13 or 14, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month or with a fine which may extend to three thousand rupees or with both.
(5) If any person commits any other act contrary to this Act and the rules made under this Act except as mentioned in sub-sections (1), (2), (3) and (4), he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to fifteen days or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
(6) If someone commits the same act again after having been punished under sub-sections (1), (2), (3), (4) or (5), he shall be punished twice the punishment mentioned in the same sub-sections.
